AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing OptiBliss.store and/or making a purchase, you (“Buyer”) affirm that you meet the minimum age requirements (see Section Age Requirements) and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. By purchasing or using any product, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and accepted the Waiver and Disclaimer of Liability herein.

PRODUCT CATEGORIES & PURPOSE

A) Nutraceuticals (“Daily Wellness”)

Dietary supplements intended for general wellness support, to be used as labeled.
Manufactured in GMP facilities; routine lot-based quality controls.
FDA Statement: These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

B) Research Peptides (“Research Use Only / RUO”)

Sold strictly as laboratory reagents for in-vitro research and reference standards by qualified professionals.
Not for human or veterinary use. Not sterile. Not for ingestion, topical application, injection, or clinical use.
FDA Statement: Not approved by the FDA for medical or therapeutic use.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Nutraceuticals: 18+
Research Peptides (RUO): 21+ (ID may be required).
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or refund orders that fail age verification or violate these Terms.

ACCESS DISCLAIMER (Peptide Sections)

By entering peptide sections or purchasing RUO items, you confirm that you are 21+, a qualified researcher, and you accept full responsibility for legal compliance, safe handling, storage, and disposal under all applicable laws and standards. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES

By purchasing from OptiBliss, you represent and warrant that:

You meet the applicable age requirement.
For peptide purchases, you are a qualified researcher operating in a controlled laboratory environment, understand relevant hazards, and have appropriate training, equipment, and facilities.
You will comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws regarding purchase, possession, and use of products.
You understand certain compounds may not be listed on the TSCA inventory and accept responsibility for verifying compliance for your intended research use.

ORDERING, SHIPPING & RETURNS

Processing Times (typical, not guaranteed):

Nutraceuticals: 1–2 business days
Research Peptides: 2–3 business days (including lot verification/COA match)

Shipping:

We ship via common carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx). Transit estimates are not guarantees. Weather and carrier delays are outside our control.
Cold-Pack Option (when offered) for peptides: mitigates heat exposure but does not guarantee a specific temperature curve.

Address Accuracy:

Buyer is responsible for correct shipping details. OptiBlissRx is not responsible for delays, losses, or reshipments due to inaccurate addresses.

Returns & Refunds:

Nutraceuticals: Unopened, sealed items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for refund to original payment method (less shipping). Opened items are not eligible unless defective.
Research Peptides: All sales final. Due to chain-of-custody and safety concerns, returns/exchanges are not accepted.
Report damaged/incorrect/missing items within 7 days of delivery with photos and order number.

International / Customs:

Buyer is importer of record and responsible for duties/taxes and compliance. OptiBliss assumes no responsibility for customs delays, seizures, or import restrictions. Buyer waives any claim related to customs actions.

STORAGE & STABILITY

Nutraceuticals: Store cool, dry, away from heat/sunlight; follow label.
Peptides: Follow label/COA/SDS. Many lyophilized peptides are transit-stable at ambient temperature; refrigerate or freeze on receipt per COA. Reconstituted solutions generally require refrigeration and have limited stability. We do not provide sterile diluents; products are not for human use.

COAs, SDS & ALLERGENS

Peptides: Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided by lot or available via your account/COA library. SDS available upon request.
Nutraceuticals: Review Supplement Facts/allergen statements on label and PDP. Natural color/odor variation can occur.

PAYMENTS, SECURITY & FRAUD

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Orders may be screened for fraud/risk and canceled/refunded at our discretion, including for failed age verification or policy violations. Ensure your device/browser supports secure checkout (HTTPS).

SUBSCRIPTIONS (“SUBSCRIBE & SAVE”)

If enrolled, you authorize recurring charges at your chosen interval. Manage in your account; pause/skip/cancel at least 48 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Pricing/discounts may change with notice.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Listing a compound or material on OptiBliss.store does not grant or imply any license to use it in violation of existing patents. All trademarks, logos, product names, copy, and images are the property of Handle Your Health, LLC dba OptiBliss or their respective owners.

MEDICAL, FDA & LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

Site content (product pages, blog, videos, guides) is educational only and is not medical advice. Consult a licensed healthcare provider before using any supplement, especially if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or managing a condition.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL OPTIBLISSPEPTIDES.COM OR OPTIBLISS.STORE, OR HANDLE YOUR HEALTH, LLC DBA OPTIBLISS, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE HANDLING, STORAGE, OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT, WHETHER USED ALONE OR WITH OTHER SUBSTANCES.

The Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HANDLE YOUR HEALTH, LLC dba OptiBliss, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of Buyer’s handling, misuse, or transfer of any product; violation of these Terms; or violation of any law or third-party rights.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES

Nutraceuticals: Buyer’s exclusive remedy is refund of the purchase price.
Research Peptides: Buyer’s exclusive remedy is replacement or refund of the price paid for the reagent in the delivered lot.

POLICY CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
